The site, the free diagnostic, and the demo experience are provided for information and evaluation. They help you understand whether our systems fit your business. They are not professional advice, and a diagnostic result is a recommendation — not a promise of any specific business outcome.
Nothing on this site creates a client engagement. Every engagement is governed by its own written, signed service agreement, delivered through our e-sign flow before work begins. That agreement — not this page — controls scope, pricing, payment, timelines, and ownership for your project. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
The short version of how we work: engagements start after a signed agreement and first payment. Website clients own their site outright once the build fee is paid in full. If an engagement ends, we provide a 30-day handoff of your assets. Monthly plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in the applicable service agreement.
When you submit a form with your phone number, you consent to GRIFFAIN contacting you at that number by call and text — including with automated technology and an AI assistant — about your inquiry. That instant response is the product you're evaluating.
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no probing or disrupting our infrastructure, no submitting false information into our lead forms, and no using the chat assistant or diagnostic to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
The site's design, copy, graphics, and the GRIFFAIN name and wave mark belong to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. Client testimonials and logos appear with permission of their owners and remain theirs.
Testimonials on this site reflect real experiences of real clients. Results vary by business, market, and follow-through; a result described anywhere on this site is not a guarantee you'll get the same one.
The site links to and uses third-party services (for example, scheduling, payments, and analytics). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, GRIFFAIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability arising from the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to signed client agreements, which carry their own terms.
We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
